HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING - One hour high-intensity session involving a dynamic full body workout that integrates boxing, plyometrics, strength and agility training.

PERSONAL TRAINING - Work one-on-one with one of our boxing or exercise coaches.

OPEN GYM - Come and use our facilities for a workout of your choice.

FAMILY GYM TIME - Circuit training for adults and youth, with qualified childcare providers available to watch over the little ones.

CIRCUIT TRAINING - Combination of warm up, boxing circuits with focus mitts and bags, agility and strength training.
